Returns

We hope you love your items. However, we understand that a return will happen occasionally and therefore we offer an easy return process. 

Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not issue refunds or process exchanges.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Returns must be received at Mimsy’s Beauty Boutique within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.
  • Must have all original tags still attached. No signs of being used, worn and washed. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and you are subject to additional shipping cost. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box in good condition and placed inside another box for shipping.  Fail to send box makes the shoe ineligible for returns.
  • All sale items, accessories and leggings are FINAL SALE.  
  • All orders that have a discount or are part of a SALE EVENT are all FINAL SALE (no return)

Return Policy

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 10 days from the date the item is received. Once the return is processed we will send an email with a gift card code which can be applied to your next invoice/purchase. 
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit - no exceptions. 
  • Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit. 
  • Buyer pays for return shipping
  • Please allow 4-5 business days once the package is received for return to be processed.
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. Please keep your tracking number once sending us the items to see if it has arrived as we do not check if returns have been received until processing the returns which can take 4-5 business days. 

Please note store credits do not expire!

Exchange

  We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, Facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.

Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us at mimsysbeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. Damaged items must have tags and be unworn, unwashed. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.
  • Damaged Items - please send us an email with pictures of the damaged item. 
  • If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at mimsysbeauty@gmail.com

CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.

There is no need to expedite returns, as long as the package is stamped within the 10 day period we will accept the return. 

 Please do not send signature required returns as many times we are out at fashion shows or we are not here on Saturdays to receive and sign your return. If a signature required item is sent we are not responsible for picking up the item and the post office will return to the customer which will have to ship again non signature required. 


CANCELED ORDERS 

ALL CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 3% CANCELING FEE THIS IS THE AMOUNT THE PAYMENT PROCESSING CHARGES US TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT, ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED EVEN IF CANCELED WE ARE STILL CHARGED THIS AMOUNT.  THEREFORE, ALL ORDERS WITH A REQUEST TO CANCEL WILL BE CHARGED A 3% FEE WHICH WE DO NOT GET BACK ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH US. WE ARE CHARGED DUE TO THE ACTION OF PLACING THE ORDER. 


ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
